Intergenerational Program
Funded by United Way
This innovative program brings together Aboriginal seniors and youth for culturally based activities that promote mutual support and build a strong sense of community. Both youth and seniors learn from each other through:

· Weekly circles
· Nutrition education sessions
· Expressive art workshops
· Crafts
· Community kitchens
· Traditional teachings

     
* Seniors' Group
Come and join the fun and share your stories with other Aboriginal seniors. Every Wednesday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Aboriginal seniors meet to enjoy a nutritious meal, physical activity and lively conversation. A variety of activities are incorporated each week, including:

-Yoga
-Sharing Circles
-Arts & Crafts
-Field trips
